啥yield protection呀

这个情节cmu 有，Gtech没有。问题是

现在这种申请已经让公立招生混乱不堪，费大量人力金钱搞录取，讨论正常秩序，公立当然把不可能来的据了，跟protection没关。公立谁care啊
