Teachers feel (more) that they are part of the deal. They make the distinction from other schools. They nurture an environment that is inclusive, everyone should feel at home. Parents spend the extra money for a reason, some want to tell others that their kids go to private school, but more want a tailored place for their kids whose developement are not even.
