我的推论是他在闪避他可能撞上的路中绿化带(顺便请教英文是哪个词?)而撞上我的车.

进一不推论是发生在拐弯位置前,因为路口路中绿化带是断开的,和自行车道一样.

这样逻辑严谨吗?
