很不幸,因為房屋不是你的,不論是否完工與否,不管是否有圍籬,你根本無權自由進出,您基本上是 trespassing 其他人的產業,事實上因為是未完工,如果因此有任何建材失蹤,您是最佳嫌疑人....

因為不知道當地司法機構是否會因此起訴您,或是給予您 criminal citation,(事實上這應該是一個很小的案件) 然而良心說個人會建議諮詢當地的律師,看看應該如何處理.
