租车是逃不掉的

到时如果你不交，警察就按照牌照罚租车公司。租车公司按照你留下的信用卡加上一定费用（一般30-50）收你的钱。

在你签租车协议书时有一条是同意租车公司这么干。不信你去看看反面的小字。
