美国和加拿大现在没有驾驶记录协议

但是美国４5个州加入了美国的NRVA http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-Resident_Violator_Compact

"All states plus the District of Columbia are members except Michigan, Wisconsin, California,Oregon, and Alaska"

这意味如果你不付NV的罚单，NV将拒绝允许你的驾驶执照在NV境内开车，这个记录传到NRVA，美国４５个州都会禁止你开车。你还是可以用你的驾照租车上飞机，但是如果在４５个州（和DC）境内开车违反规则，警察抓到你就是无照开车。
