1 min: parents give advice on Dynamics.
(2) section2, 5 min, play first three phrase 10 times with dynamics.
1 min: parents locate the most difficult bar, should be no more than 2 bars.
(3) section3, 5 min, practice the difficult bars 20 times, together with the bar prior and the bar post of it.
(4) section4, 5 min, first three phrase 10 times with dynamics, in student's comfort speed.
(begin from 1/2 of the required speed, gradually speed up to 2/3 of the required speed, use metronome now.
(5) last 8 min, let student decide, whether she want to try into Development part of the song, or continue practice in the Theme (/Introduction) .
Day2, 20min:
do the same to Development part of the song.
Day3, 30min:
do the same to Development part of the song.
use today's extra 10 min to play from very beginning to today's final spot in student's comfort speed. 2 min: Parent can give some emotion and background explanation
Day4, 20min:
do the same to third part of the song. Usually this part repeat some parts in the Theme (/Introduction). No new technics requirement appears by now. Today is the easiest day in technics. Let student play with her understanding and emotions. Focus on the emotion flow of the whole song. Parent pay attention to Rests. Usually when student play with full emotion, she/he tends to do Rest inaccurately.
Day5, 30min:
Use metronome to drive up speed to the requirement. fix hiccups if there is any, by playing the two phrase around the hiccup for 10 times.
Parent watch out: Do not lose dynamics when speedup. If dynamics is losing, stay in a slower speed for 5 times.
Last 10 mins, let student play in his way. Ask if he is satisfied with what he plays.
Day6, 20min:
Fixes and enjoy. Should have 2 perfect plays out of every 5 plays.
