第一，主要是看你有多少选择余地。如果其他老师有好的，只是特点不同，那还可以考虑

否则就没什么可多考虑的。第二，看看这个老师手下的学生都什么样，是都学得好、喜欢学？很多想走专业？学得好但是家长得逼？厌学，很多离开的？一般来说，如果资质差不多，那么，现在这些学生的今天就是你孩子的明天。你看着满意就行。

手背上放硬币哈，我记得在某本钢琴技术书和一个钢琴家访问记里看到，说是近五十年都没人用这个方法了。我个人喜欢从声音而不是从动作出发的老师。
