notice there are 3 layers to protect you in the video:
layer 1: paper

layer 2: 2nd layer paper if moist. Make sure the 2nd layer and the first layer is not 100% in contact (i.e. don't stack 2 sheets and fold).

layer 3: re-use plastic bags
