急问猫尿血问题

猫十四岁了，连着几天尿里有血，还不是一点点红，可猫精神没变化，该吃吃，该睡睡，没有痛苦。

带去看兽医，尿检正常，开了抗生素。这几天，天天抗生素，但尿里仍有血。

请教各位猫爸猫妈，会是什么问题呢？
