寒冷中救下的猫有些问题 (2 weeks in my house)

He always so eager to eat everyday. and 他在上个周末三天前突然吐及拉肚子，我觉的他吃多了wet food 我就只给dry food. He still eats dry food throw up gets better 但是还是拉稀，他走动正常。但是昨晚上开始不喝也不吃了，今天早上给了wet food 也不吃感觉根本没胃口，这个是怎么回事儿啊？
