我没反对救流浪动物，在中国人力物力都比北美便宜在中国建立 animal shelters 可以帮助更多的流浪动物。我不赞成往国外

在中国农村租或建些animal shelters,请农民工来照顾，动物食品又便宜，又可以帮助更多的流浪动物，

我不赞成往国外搬，搬的数量毕竟有限。还有更多的流浪狗等着救。
