跟风练瑜伽。

看来保持健硕的体态没什么捷径可走，锻炼是唯一的途径啊。不然，就会像我家Cody这样了。

不过咱家有运动健将咪咪，卧如弓。

行如风 -- 这要看什么时候，今天咱在练踱步。

另外来看看咱的瑜伽功夫，什么cat&cow, Downward dog呀，直接叫cat stretch不就都有了吗？

夏天麻麻的园子就是我最好的去处。这洞洞里好像有比萨饼的味道。

蜗牛老弟你肚子喂饱了就别吃我妈的花草了哈。实在不行我可以给你逮小虫吃。
