Banfield hospital is inside PetSmart. I pay about $60 per month for 2 cats. Each cat includes 2 times per year wellness checkup, and once per year teeth cleaning. The wellness checkup includes vaccines, necessary blood work, worm check, and deworm. Any additional will be 15% (or 20%?) off. I have been used this service for 8 years. I like it a lot.
