请教，我家猫是聋子，不全聋，能听见打雷和发动机发动和猫打架的声音

天热起来了，我想让她出去玩玩， 但是她出门我喊她她听不见， 而且出门只要有机会她回想办法加速度奔跑逃脱，现在也会翻墙了， 

 

让不让她出去呢，犹豫中
