工业化养殖是非常残忍的

大家有机会可以看看  Cowspiracy 这个纪录片，工业化养牛损害的不仅是牛，也是整个环境。纪录片里有一个医生说：Cow milk contains very rich nutrients. It's meant to blow a small calf into a large cattle. The nutritions and hormones are way too much for humans. That's why men drinking milk grow men boobs; women drinking milk have higher risk of developing breast cancer.  他的结论是： if you're not a baby cow, then DON'T drink cow milk!
