请教大家: 新收养的rescue狗狗......

我们前天新收养了一个一岁多的rescue狗狗，她到家后开始像疯了似的抓挠胯部和后大腿，啃咬自己的脚趾。我还发现她的肛门有白线状的东西出来。可能是寄生虫吧。应该还有其它的问题比如scabies (疥疮)之类.  我约了医生明天带她做全面检查。请教大家: 因为没习惯在室内, 狗狗这两天在地毯上又拉又尿了几次. 我们清理的时候没注意保护自己. 我想知道狗的寄生虫或疥疮是否可以传染到人。还有，是否看医生前先不要让她进到房间里呢？先在客厅里。
