紧急求助！

我的狗狗呕吐，已经整整两天没有进食和水。昨天医生给她打了针补水，止呕，但是今早又吐了，都是绿色的水状。医生说可能是我前几天自作主张，給她吃了生鸡肉（早晚两次， 连续吃了四天）。是不是也有可能在外面玩的时候，吃了喷杀虫剂的草？医生说不行话，就给她打吊针。

哪位狗狗的爸爸妈妈有经验，能告诉我有什么办法吗？
