请问：养鹦鹉要注意什么？

请问：养鹦鹉要注意什么？不是虎皮的。就是给吃，给水，睡觉时候罩上罩子？定期打扫笼子？

它们怕冷么？是放在离房间出入口近的地方，还是比较远离人的地方？它们怕人多么？是在客厅好？还是远离电视和人？
