关键点是:猫妈什么时间怀孕的和'breeder' is the owner of the cat,,,,defendant ag

从你的帖里看, 这个时间你买的猫妈: from me on 04/04/13 for £200 as a pet. 这个时间猫妈生娃了: ,,,,,,4 kittens sired by my stud cat on 13/05/13.

(多说一句, 这个Breeder就是个纯想赚钱的商人.TA用了词: produced a litter of 4 kittens)

我是前不久因为小可怜美妞怀孕才知道的,猫猫的怀孕期60天--70天.

你买猫妈之前她就怀孕了.如你所述, 你买猫只有收据且没有任何附加条件和agreement, 说明Breeder不知道猫妈怀孕了. 这是professional Breeder的错或是失误.  你对猫妈突然间生babies不知如何是好,,情急之下联络了Breeder, 恰好说明你不知道猫妈怀孕, 更不想让她生babies.

你可以质问Breeder, 作为职业饲养人, ta为什么连猫猫怀孕都不知道? 

下面这句:

The 'breeder' is the owner of the cat at the time of mating. Bunty is still in my ownerhsip until proof of neutering is provided.  This is standard practice and the defendant agreed to this.


关键点: 你确实agreed 吗? (提醒一下哈:这个agreed要有paperwork才在法庭上有法律效力)  Breeder的" This is standard practice " 没有法律效力. 什么是"Standard"??  那是Breeder自己的Standard.

"Registeration", 争辩点: 你不知道有如此程序, 你是新猫妈妈. Breeder也没跟你提示.

建议经济赔偿上反诉Breeder.

这个case, 你想留住猫猫,又不付钱给Breeder,  有得一争!!!
