Need Help! How to bring cats with th us to travel out of USA?

I guess there are some people here would have knowlede or experience to travel out of USA with cat(s). My family would travel to and live in Kenya for a year since my hu*****and accepts a goverment job over there. So I would like to know the possibility and ways of travelling with my 2 cats.
