狗狗肚子里好象有个肿块

网上约好了vet，打算明天去看。但用力按揉那个肿块，狗狗好象自己没感觉，摸起来有些滑动感。
 

狗狗6岁了，从小超级健康，几乎没生过病。大家有没有知道的这个，严重吗？得做些心理建设，有点怕啊。

位置在腹侧，稍稍靠背近一些。
