My house doesn't have a basement either. I put the cat litterbox in the livingroom under a computerdesk,then use a borad to 挡住大部分 只留 enough 的宽度让猫出入。I use 不带眼儿的铲子 to remove all the wet and it's 附近的 drysand。 I clean the box twice daily.
