彩虹桥（译文）
这座桥连接着天堂和人间，色彩斑斓，人们叫它彩虹桥。彩虹桥的此岸是绵延的草原，綠草如茵的丘陵和山谷，人们深爱的宠宝离开人世之后就会来到这美丽的地方，这里永远衣食无忧，水草丰美，风和日丽。那些曾经被疾病折磨，年老体衰的宠宝重新获得了健康和活力；那些曾经被伤害，残疾的宠宝又健全与强壮，就像我们一直在梦里日夜思念的一样。他们天天相互陪伴，尽情玩耍。小家伙们沉浸在幸福与喜乐中，只有一件事让他们心中牵挂不已：他们思念着留在彼岸曾是他们生命中特别的“人”。
他们虽然都在酣畅自由地奔跑嬉戏，当那一刻来临时，其中却总有一个突然驻足遥望着远方，欣喜充满他熠熠闪光的双眸，身体在热切盼望中颤栗。他忽然离开玩伴们，飞奔过绿草地，越跑越快，那是因为他看見了你。你最终和你特別的朋友团圆了，紧紧抱在一起，沉浸在重逢的喜悅中，再也不会分开。
快乐的亲吻像雨点一般落在你的脸上，你的手再次抚摸着他可爱的小脑袋，你再度深深的注视着他值得信赖的双眼，虽然时光飞逝，但是他却从来没离开过你的心房。然后，你們一起跨越彩虹桥，永远永远不再分开。。。。。。
This is a bridge connecting heavn and earth. It is called the Rainbow Bridge because of it's many colors. Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge there is a land of meadows, hills and alleys with lush green grass.When a beloved pet dies, the pet goes to this place. There is alawys food and water and warm spring weather.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor；Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again,just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
They play all day with each other.The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing: they miss someone very special to them, who had left them behind.They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance.The bright eyes are intent; the eager body quivers.Suddenly he begins to break away from the group,flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been seen,and when you and your special friend finally meet,you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face;your hands again caress the beloved head,and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet,so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together, never again to be separated.
