请问在Petsmart Trainning 过的狗狗家长们

请问在Petsmart Trainning 过的狗狗家长们， 学过就能拿毕业证书么？ 我们刚结束了４ 周的private trainning by Petsmart, 为什么老师没有给我们毕业证呢？ 是我们不合格吗？（说实话我们确实学的不好，） 想先问问大家再给老师打电话。。。。。 谢谢
