One note about the debating on dog control issue in China.

Debating is not a bad thing and should be encouraged. We all love dogs in this forum, although we may hold very different opinions on certain specific policies and methods. The debating helps us raise awareness and gain deeper understanding of the issue.

My side is very clear on what's happending in Beijing, and I wish my opinion be heard by others. We may not agree with each other, but we can learn each other's opinions. It is an important process. It means at least we are all serious about it.

The current problem (together with many similar problems in the past) is primarily due to lack of a legal system. The more the passing of a relevant law is delayed, the longer dogs will have to suffer. I wish the people back home would hold discussions like we do and finally come up with a law that would end all the mess.
