请教8老师，提交了NIW的I140并且已经获批后，回国等排期，那么几年后怎么提交I485呢？I485是需要本人在美国国内才能提交的呀。能依什么身份来美国提交I485呢？

-Find a job and ask the employer to file H-1B for you to come back. Or file I-824 to ask USCIS to forward the I-140 to NVC f processing to apply for the immigrant visa in China., but you may still need to have a job offer for the immigrant visa application.

好像非移民身份都不行了吧？
