请教8老师: 提交了NIW的I140后回国等排期，还怎么提交I485？

请教8老师，提交了NIW的I140并且已经获批后，回国等排期，那么几年后怎么提交I485呢？I485是需要本人在美国国内才能提交的呀。能依什么身份来美国提交I485呢？好像非移民身份都不行了吧？
