回复：请教jiang老师和8老师：File824后原485排期到，接到RFE该如何回复？

我的情况：自己申请的NIW PD2006年2月。140已批。2007年7月的485。
然而我（主申请人）于2008年回国工作，于2009年又递了824，可824一直没批。
-Just forget about the I-824 if you still want to use your I-485 and USCIS does not deny your I-485 yet.

现在排期已到，反而收到了485要求RFE的email（信还没收到），是否可能会要我提供工作证明？由于我已有一段时间在美国没有收入，

但目前在我LG工作的学校有一位教授表示如果我有绿卡愿意雇我，由这位教授签字的offer信是否可以满足移民局的要求？
-You ask the professor to talk to the Human Resources of the school to issue that kind of job offer letter, not the professor. By the way, you can apply for the EAD to work during waiting the green card. So, talk to the professor and the Human Resources that you are qualified for the employment even if before getting the green card. The critical thing is that you need to get teh job offer in the same/similar area in time to respond the RFE.

另外，我想写个statement，表明由于我之前的雇主funding的问题（目前学校教授的经费都挺紧张）所以我离开了原来的工作（交485超过180天后离开的），
-Not need such a statement for the RFE.

而且由于LG换工作，所以没急着找而回了中国想等到他安顿下来后再找工作。现在他已有稳定工作，我以H4签证又入了境，且找到愿意在我拿到绿卡后雇佣我的教授，前后工作都是在高校做相同领域的研究。
各位大师觉得以上的材料能否能使USCIS满意？如还有何高招还请不吝赐教！
