我看排期.

看各大中心处理速度, 无论是I-140 和I-485 都在加快. 就连最慢的NSC I-485已到10/1/04, I-140最慢的也到了4/1/04.

以前NSC中心处理速度那个慢. 即使递交了I-140和I-485, 也得等个3-4年才能获批. 所以在我看来,如果你的工作还算稳定, 处理速度慢和排期 没有多大区别. 只是你的案子是在处理中心等还是在家里等.


现在LC 处理速度快了, I-140处理速度也快了.但美国是不会让你这末轻而易举地得到绿卡的. 所以在我看来.造成排期两因素:1.绿卡名额 2. 美国不想让你很快拿绿卡.
