so, with this in the way, we at this time actually prefer slow 485 processing speed and current visa cut-off date, so that 485 and name check can go on at the same time to achieve the best efficiency. But USCIS is committed to 6-month processing time by end of FY2006, theoretically, therefore the speedup at USCIS side and the retrogression control at DOS side.
