If you file NIW this month, you will get 485 approval later tha your EB2 RIR at BEC center.

However, you can have all the benefit of 485 right away, such as EAD, AP, AC21.
If you believe you can file NIW this month, you can file it first.
After your EB2 RIR labor at BEC is cleared, you can apply 140 based on that old labor certificate.

Suppose both of your 140s are approved, you can still use the first PD for your 485.
