Thank you for your kind help. My RIR was filed on 12/2003. I don't think I have enough time to file NIW by the end of 9/2005. Is it still worth to try after 10/1/2005? I could not see the benefit of filing NIW vs. waiting for RIR. BTW, is my priority date still 12/2003 as RIR? Some people said this priority date is meaningless after went into BEC.
