这属不属于歧视呢？(真心请教...)

在工作单位，跟其它部门的男同事问候，一些人总是以“ Hi,young lady...” 来回应，也知道他们没有恶意，但咱好歹也是专业人士，总被这么称呼（特别是在老板面前）是不是被小视了呢？回不会影响到以后的提升？该怎样善意而得体的提醒他们一下呢?
