That is what I mean. If we care so much how people

call us, and become so sensative, that only mean we are not strong enough. For example, if Americans call Obama or Bush some kind of name, that is fine since they are presidents, they do not care. They are strong enought to bear it. If someone call me young lady, I do not care as long as they do not call me this way ALL THE TIME. And they NEVER DO THAT to me. Sometimes they are just casual and from my experience, the ones who call me that way are the ones who are very warm people, and treat me very nicely. I do not feel they disrepect me. They tream me as a very important employee and always introduce my professional title when there are business partners come to the office
