Getty Center 的 case 不知道你有没有听说过，意大利政府也是在法庭还没有将 art dealer 和 Getty 的 chief curator 定罪之前，也就是有确凿证据之前，就提出交还文物的要求。

法国法庭这次是在 technicality 上判原告方败诉，是说原告方没有 grounds for lawsuit，因为他们不能代表文物的所有者，而不是说否认这些文物是被盗的。
