The cited Harvard Study

is carried out by Chinese researcher targeting children in China's region's of known high floride toxicity.  Although I didn't find the actual journal that specified the exact content of floride, I don't believe it occurrd in an area that floride content is lower than 4ppm in the water.  The current EPA guidance to floridate water is 0.7 ppm.

I would appreciate if you can find the concentration of the floride in this study, which might change my view on the issue.
