挑个170-180 is already very heavy! 挑个200 is almost impossible.

I did a lot of labor work before I went to college since I grew up in a small village. I can carry about 30 kilograms when I was 16. But I never could do better after spending a few years in schools.

A smart man like my dad carries about 50 kilograms and tries to moves as quickly as possible. This way, he won't hurt himself and also can finish the heavy work quickly.

A stupid man (most likely the people like Xi Jinping) claims that he can carry 80-100 kilograms. Then, it is almost impossible to walk. The smart man finishes tree trips, and the stupid man may still struggles like a silly duck with his GREAT burden.

Sorry I am arguing with you, just explain what I know. I used to carry waters for my family's cai yuan (vegtable garden). Every night, I ran about  10 - 20 times with two cans of water weighing about 25 kilograms and each trip is about 0.5 kilometers.

A person needs a smart brain. A family needs a smart head. A clever country need a clever leader.
