it will take years for these two F / F to clean the mess completely. It will lose a lot of money due to the problems. The USA blacks and Hispanics are worst hit by this house crisis, because when they bought the house they had to pay the downpayment according to the high value of the house 3-4 years ago, now they can get back only a third of that money back but still losing their house. These two blocks of people lost about $200 billions in total.

The bonds or stocks held by any one or any country or company will lose as the market will be at its low level, you can never get the same return as before, or they will lose more if the bonds or stocks are bad, because these bonds are not insured by the USA goverment at all!!!

The congress bill is just a life-saving line, not a complete insurance bill at all!!!
