Foreclosure房屋要被拍卖，原值1/3-1/2可能收回。覆巢之下，二房岂会有完卵？

$4000亿长债卷，若不得任何回报，那投在二房要做什么？银行利息现在都有
3。5%，按4%计算还是低的。二房的债卷，3-4年内，顶多0。5%左右红利(或任
何得益)，则3-4年内，利息/红利损失，$700-800亿美元，多吗？
