我一直想怎么在家里做 Pull-up， 比如利用门槛，但没有合适的东东。昨天在 BJ 还正好看到了完全按照我想法设计的东东， 哈哈，得来全不费功夫。这个除了 Pull-up， 还能放在地下做 Push-up, Sit-up, and DIP.
