We visited this house in Nov.2007 before we saw the house we bought in the same community. This house was for foreclosure and put on the market since June 2007.

The house was built in 1987 with over 5,000 heated SF and 4/3.5/3, and a lot that is 0.9 acre.

The house was really in a very bad shape and the realtor told us that it's going to cost between 200 to 400 K to restore and renovate this house to it's original state.

Realtor said that the previous owner was doing the renovation, but running out of money, so everything (carpet, bathrooms, and kitchen) was kind of gone at the time we visited the house.


The previous owner bought the house in March 2005.


You can guess the price at the time of March 2005 ( I have the county property tax record for the price), and how much the bank was asking for in Nov.2007. Someone bought the house and close it in Jan.2008, and I also had the record for the price.
