1. activate Notepad From Accessories->Notepad
2. Create a new file file001
3.Use SaveAs to save this new created file, On SaveAs dialog, also select "Encoding" as UTF8 or UNICODE
4. Then you can Type what you would like to
5. Before you copy&paste, save your file
(The default encoding is ANSI, type English word should be OK because all A,B,...are one byte ANSI string. Chinese word and other language word use 2Bytes. UTF8 is "encoded unicode", 3 BYTE. IE and other browser can detect UTF8 and UNICODE. MSFT Word has slightly more complicated encoding, most of time UTF-16, which is 2 bytes)
