汤的汤的汤。。。

老婆烧得一手好菜，烧，炖，煎，蒸样样拿手。结婚後，著实享受了一阵子。
当年大陆比较贫苦，食物紧缺，老婆又比较节俭，就有把昨天剩下的汤汁放入今天新煮的菜的习惯。我对鱼腥味比较敏感，常能在菜中闻出三五天前吃过的鱼味。後来发现，干煎鱼因为没有汤汁，就没有这样的後遗症。自此以後，但凡老婆问起喜欢鱼怎麽煮，我就一律回答干煎。次数多了，老婆觉得奇怪，就问，你以前红烧，清蒸和煲汤都喜欢，如今为何独钟干煎鱼？我只得回答，烧，蒸和煲我是都喜欢，我不喜欢的只是那汤的汤的汤。。。而已.
