some interesting comments on the earthquake:))

1.Working at Pearson Airport, we felt it at 1:43 pm. Just as a G8 delegation was arriving - any coincidence??


2.Actually the earth shook here for about 15 to 20 seconds. The sound was also very loud. (The earthquake not the wife :-) )


3.Hope those G20 fences are still standing....Dont want another billion going for repairs...

4.Not surprising. The weight of all that security for the corrupt politicians and crooked bankers conference made the ground shake!


5.Everyone around the downtown evacuated and the streets were filled with confused bureaucrats :)


6.I felt 2 small tremors, enough to make me jump up and take hold of my 46" TV, funny what we think is important at such times.

7.The quake centred not far from Ottawa....imagine for once Toronto is not the center of everything.!!!!

8.Wow - those protestors are good!

9.My first thought was " what the hell is my upstairs neighbor doing in there?'
