也谈中美之间的差距

从清华大学来耶鲁做博士后不到半年的徐姓小子今天已购买了一套两层、两间一套住房(two bedroom townhouse/about $160,000)。这里特别值得注意的是他是凭半年来自己的博士后工资购买的。(20%首付，其余贷款。)不知道同样清华大学毕业的博士后在北京或上海凭自己的博士后工资要多少年才能购得起这样的住房？算算看：北京房价约￥30,000/平米，此房就算100平方米吧，房价的20%为：30,000 x 100 x 20% = 60万，不知道他/她什么时候能赞到60万并贷到那余下的240万。知道中美之间的差距有多大了吧？想起那些在我面前摆阔的国内小官僚，我想说：你们的财富都是贪污来得，真不知羞耻。可以肯定的说，国内90%以上买得起第二套房的人，都是贪污犯！不信就查查他们的收入来源。真正的海龟怎么会有？没工作当然就只有回国试试看啦。
