国内外的养生家和生理学家经过研究发现，裸体睡觉不仅能使躯体舒展舒适，而且对身体健康也有益处。

　　裸睡能祛痛：裸睡对治疗紧张性疾病的疗效极高，特别是腹部内脏神经系统方面的紧张状态容易得到消除，还能促进血液循环，使慢性便秘、慢性腹泻以及腰痛、头痛等疾病得到较大程度的改善。同时，裸睡对失眠的人也会有一定的安抚作用。

　　裸睡能美容：没有了衣服的隔绝，裸露的皮肤能够吸收更多养分，促进新陈代谢，加强皮脂腺和汗腺的分泌，有利皮脂排泄和再生，皮肤有一种通透的感觉。

　　裸睡护私处：女性阴部常年湿润，如果能有充分的通风透气就能减少患上妇科病的可能性。睡不但使人感到温暖和舒适，连妇科常见的腰痛及生理性月经痛也得到了减轻，以往因手脚冰凉而久久不能入睡的妇女，采取裸睡方式后，很快就能入睡。

　　裸睡享安宁：没有衣服束缚，身体自然放松，血流通畅，能改善某些人手脚冰凉的状况，有助进入深层次睡眠。
