挣钱不容易啊，就算你是微软

这故事是当年微软的三人领导小组（Three men executive committee: Bill Gates, Steve Ballmer, Paul Maritz)中的Paul不久前讲的亲身经历：1988年，Paul到中国，会见中国**银行的IT主管，主管带他到了银行的数据中心，给他看有数百台微机的机房，然后，向他抱怨微软的Win3.1质量太差，常常死机，等等。Paul离开银行，问微软中国的头儿，这银行买了多少份Win3.1？ 头儿答：3份，多买的两份还是下单时出错买的。作为公司的营销效果，微软在中国长时间赚不到钱，即使今天，中国的用户仍大量使用盗版微软软件。Gates自己是心知肚明的。
