yes, it is really hard to make a nice 鸡蛋羹, I haven't made a good one as my aunt's wishing. hahahahahahahahhahahahahahahhahahahahah



先将鸡蛋搅匀，再取一只特制的瑭瓷小盆，加少许温水，加些熟油，葱花，小毛虾，盐，然后上屉小火慢蒸。 it is hard to control the time.
