我的理解

根本原因是这样的

中国传统教育目的是求知行合一的「道」，西方则是求知识的「真理」。相应地，
中国传统的教育方式是老师亲炙式，要信任和服从老师，就象学气功一样，因此亦
特别在意寻找好老师。西方则是系统和集体的学院式，要质疑和「不信任」老师和
既有知识。这两种教育目的和方式就算不是背道而驰也是大相径庭的。

当代中国的问题是走西方知识教育的形式而心理是传统的。即是用求道的方式求知
识，因此不成功。而今天世界的「先进」「落后」是以西方价值为准绳的。中国现
在的教育制度不利于实现这些价值。

以上是主问题，由它衍生出一大堆从问题。
